Macros: 217 calories: protein 34g, carbs 18g, fat 2g


  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 scoop ProtoLyte Vanilla Cake Batter or Cinnamon Crunch are good options) 
  • 2 teaspoons Stevia
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon
  •  Cup water


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F (165 C)
  2. Blend all ingredients until the consistency is smooth (I use aNutribullet)
  3. Bake for 25 minutes and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Recipe Notes

This recipe is for one serving of cinnamon swirl cake.

This dish keeps very well in the fridge. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

To reheat, place in the microwave for 30 seconds.
