I`m going to be completely transparent and say I underestimated for YEARS the benefits of taking aminos. I really thought it was a gimmick or another supplement that wasn`t needed. Now that I train legs 4 x a week, am more in tune with my hydration and recovery as well as the importance of muscle retention as I get older-I will never underestimate aminos again. The fact that VMI goes above and beyond to ensure the quality of these aminos, specific testing to ensure label accuracy AND uses Pharmaceutical Grade electrolytes (those found in IVs-CRAZY); I can definitely feel a difference in the way my legs bounce back from a tough leg day.

Wasn’t too sure on the mango cause i’m usually not a big mango flavored person, but this flavor is soooo good!!! Every flavor I have tried of their BCAA has been spot on.
