51 yo male athletic 5'10 170lbs . I have been on TRT for almost Four years and for whatever reason occasionally get an estrogen spike that results in early signs of gyno. In the past I've taken arimidex at 1mg every other day and within a couple weeks all symptoms resolve. However the side effects were harsh so I wanted to try a natural aromatase inhibitor. I'm almost finished my second bottle thinking any day it would kick in and start working but as of now I've decided to abandon it and go back to arimidex. I can say for me I got absolutely no benefit from this product and am a bit worried that I may have waited too long to go back to what works

Seems to be doing exactly what I need it to do and what it claims on the bottle. One week in and everything is in peak condition and strength is up with no side effects!

Not as strong as the Arima-xd. I recommend the Armia if trying block Estrogen while cycling. Has done the trick at a fair price.

This stuff is legit. No BS. Not trying to has anyone’s head up or convince you to buy it. I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks and I’ve already lost 4 pounds water weight and it has given me a more hard defined look. You might think you’ve lost muscle at first but my strength is the same and it’s been water weight only that I lost. If you lift and don’t want to take EQ or Winny then this is a good option.

My estradiol was a bit high and this combined with several other stacked anti aromatase supplements definitely helped end the spikes in estradiol. Im a bigger guy 268lbs 6' 4" and Ive found the cautious dosage for these type supplements is really useless. There is no way to truly reach dangerously low estradiol levels with supplements without outrageous overdose. I take Enclomiphene citrate and I take these throughout the day and before bedtime to prevent any estradiol spikes and no negative side effects headaches or join issues.
