I was looking for something to give my morning lifting routine a little extra edge before work. Being in my late 30s, my body doesn’t bounce back the way it used to, so I wanted a boost to kick things into gear. This definitely delivered—it gave me a noticeable lift and lived up to its claims.The bottle recommends 2–4 tablespoons, but I only took 1, and that was more than enough—even as a bigger guy. I’d suggest starting with 1 tablespoon to see how it works for you.The flavor was intense and overly sweet for my taste, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. To me, it tasted like a melted gummy bear concentrate—just a bit too much. That said, it works as advertised and gave my morning workout the boost I was after.

Pump n flow stim-free is hands down best product I have used thus far, the taste of the gummy bear flavoring is on point! I first used it for my leg day and the pump was REAL!! This product will be in my pre workout stack from now on.

I take 1 serving about 30 minutes before my workout. The vascularity, sweat, and hardness I get is insane. Paired with the pre is great!

Been using pump n flow since summer..ran out for a month and dragged my feet for a while…noticed my pumps weren’t lasting as long…restocked for black friday and already feel the difference again. Best liquid glycerol out there and the flavors are amazing too.

I always like to try a new pre-workout supplement on a shoulder day. So I took a serving of the gummy shark which I loved the flavor very yummy and the blood really was moving i had one of the best pumps ive ever had and actually kept my pump for a while after my workout. I highly recommend this product 5 stars

This thing had me absolutely juiced. I literally felt like someone had pumped me up at the end of my workout. I love this stuff, it’s a need now for my lift.
