L-Carnitine 3000 Powder

I recently tried the Heat L-Carnitine Powder Enhanced Thermogenic(Cherry Lime flavor), and I am thoroughly impressed. The taste is absolutely fantastic, with a perfect balance of sweet and tart that makes it a pleasure to drink, no weird aftertaste like some supplements. In terms of effectiveness, I have definitely noticed a difference in my workouts. The smell is good. The 1500 mg L-Carnitine per serving seems to really help with energy and focus during my sessions, and it definitely supports fat burning. I feel more energized without any jitters or crashes, which is always a win. The formula also claims to have maximum absorption, and I have found that I do not experience any stomach discomfort, which can sometimes happen with other L-Carnitine products. Whether you're a man or woman, this is a great addition to your fitness routine if you trying to push a little bit more. With 30 servings per container, this gives excellent for a whole month of supply. Really good product for anyone looking to enhance their performance or boost their fat loss goals.

Taking this I've noticed- Slightly better gym pimps- Reduced Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS)- Improved enduranceThe bioavailablity of oral L-carnitine isn't great, better as an injectable, but this is an easy oral option that mixes well and tastes good.Be aware it can cause an odor to your sweat if taken long term.

Picture speaks for itself, this is how it arrived.

L-Carnitine supposedly helps convert fat into energy and provides numerous benefits, the powder mixes in ok, I typically mix using a 21 fl oz sports bottle, initially I did notice particles sink to the bottom even with vigorous shaking, so I found letting it sit for a minute in water, then re-shaking will help it fully dissolve, the cherry lime flavor is pleasant to drink and is not too sweet or tart, a scoop is provided so it's very easy to use, currently I use carnitine for sports like hiking and mountain biking so far it seems to be effective as I have noticed nice stable energy levels, luckily this has been agreeing with me perfectly with no stomach issues or side effects. This supplement is caffeine-free and uses two sources of l-carnitine, N-Acetyl L-Carnitine Hydrochloride (1500 mg) and L-Carnitine L-Tartrate (1500 mg) for a total of 3000 mg of l-carnitine per serving, I was somewhat disappointed it contains an artificial sweetener sucralose, but I do like that it uses natural flavors and is naturally colored (beet root powder).Overall I recommend, great flavor, made in the USA, a lot number and exp date is printed on the bottom, provides 30 servings.

Many people take Carnitine for pre workout energy and weight loss. But it's also great for women's reproductive health, metabolic function (especially for those with PCOS), and cognitive function. It's a little expensive but at a 50% savings right now, it's not inline with similar products. It tastes good and seems to be good quality. The flavor is light and not overly sugary tasting, and it dissolves well. I haven't had any side effects or stomach upset. And it does indeed give me a boost of energy

this product has both N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine Hydrochloride, which is used to support cognitive function, energy metabolism, and nerve health andL-carnitine L-tartrate which is most effective for exercise performance. The hope is that L Carnitine can aid in fat loss thru increased energy, of course its not just going to burn fat on its own, you need to be eating in a calorie deficit and exercise.Ive been in a calorie deficit for most of the past year and have lost about 20% of my body weight. I am starting to exercise, but need to do more. It's hard to have energy when you're in a calorie deficit, but its slowly getting better.I am hoping this supplement will aid in energy production so I can move more and lose the last 10lbs.The package came double sealed, there was a seal around the cap, and a seal under the cap. There are 2 desiccant pads inside to keep the powder dry, and a little scoop. Its recommended to take one scoop with 8-10oz of water. I took it with 8oz and it mixed very easily and dissolved quickly. It was very sweet and tart and tasted good, however next time I will use more water, because it was a bit too sweet for me.I have not had any stomach discomfort.I cant tell you if this stuff works yet, but I'm going to use the whole container of the next month. It tasted good enough for me to actually use it.You're supposed to take it before working out, but I'll probably take it first thing in the morning for the cognitive benefits as well. The dosage of 1500mg for each ingredient seems to be sufficient, its not over or under dosed. I might try 2 doses in a day if Im feeling particularly sluggish to see if that helps.

Smelly kinda funny , however the ingredients appear to be legitimate. It is a dietary supplement that I take orally once a day. It helps you meet your l-carnitine levels. If you are interested in taking care of your dietary goals this is a good product.

First off, no caffeine which is nice as I try to avoid additional caffeine in supplements.I don't use this as a pre-workout since I'm already elevating my thermogenesis on those days, but use this on days that I don't do resistance training. My cardio days my workouts are done at 5am, so I take this on those days just after lunch to re-energize my body for the post lunch slump and kick my metabolism into gear a bit more than normal.I ordered Cherry Lime flavor, and it's got a good taste without being overpowering or too intense. It mixes up easily in a shaker bottle with one of those stainless steel whisk balls inside, no blender needed. The cost is just above $1 per serving which is reasonable for a good quality product, especially one made in the USA (from imported and domestically sourced products).

This comes well sealed. The container is small but it does contain a scoop. It mixes well in liquid. I really like the cherry lime flavor. It has a nice sweetness with a lil bite/heat. It is an interesting product with carnitine and thermogenic to burn them calories. Have taken L-Carnitine in past and found it very useful...Cons- Contains Sucralose and Silicon Dioxide

Good supplement for cutting. Increases your metabolism and helps to sweat more in the gym.

This product combines some ingredients (including the patented InnoSlim that is found in a number of similar products) that have supposed thermogenic properties with two forms of L-carnitine, which has been studied for possible benefits to metabolism (weight loss), strength training, and other medical conditions. This is not a magic fix, but I have found a couple weeks of use (alternating with another product that has a higher L-carnitine level) along with hard gym workouts has yielded a bit more progress than the gym alone used to. Your outcomes might differ, of course, but it's worth trying this or a product like it if you find your progress stalled with exercise alone.

I got the cherry lime flavor, which tastes pretty good. It has artificial sugar (sucralose) which causes me a bit of stomach upset if I take too much, but overall tastes good. I'm not taking too much of this, but on days where I'm not active and skipped exercise, I take some of these to try and keep my metabolism up.I'm not sure if it's helping much, but there aren't any side effects. I don't feel as cold when stepping outside on those days--that may just be the placebo effect though.

This L carnitine powder gives me a good boost before I work out. The taste is a little iffy -- it is cherry lime but it has a pepper taste too so that might turn you off if you aren't a fan of spice or heat. I don't find that I crash hard with it. It dissolves easily in water. It seems to help me with energy so I like it!

Does what it claims to do. Bumps up your metabolism and makes you sweat more during your workouts. Problem with that is you then have to add more carbs to the system to stay energized and make sure you stay hydrated during a long session, especially if you are doing long cardio workouts like running/cycling/rowing for an hr plus.Tastes great, easy to mix. I just toss a scoop into my mixer bottle and shake shake shake and its good to go.

I found this powder to be fairly effective at helping me hit new PRs. It was really easy to use and the taste took some getting used to, but overall was fine. I didn't get any upset stomach over it, but my partner who did a large scoop did get a little stomach upset. I did find that it gave just about the right level of strength too. The stomach upset issue didn't really present for me.

This tastes like a dupe for a popular brand, hint, BOO 👻. It tastes really good and I can definitely feel the extra energy and focus. I use this on HIIT days where I don’t need to Hulk out and it’s really great for that. The taste and smell is average for a supplement but I’m not sure I would purchase again as mine arrived already clumping and I saw others have had the same experience. If it’s not something I take daily I won’t be able to go through it fast enough before the clumping makes it become unusable. As of right now I don’t plan on repurchasing but if that changes by the time I finish it I’ll update my review.

My husband loves this product so much we have it on subscribe and save.

Not sure what happened to it, the product was sealed but the powder looks molded. Was super excited to try this, very disappointed I lost money.

This tastes like the nostalgic corner-store Cherry Limeade...but with an adult purpose.Mixes instantly, no grit, and the flavor is bright and refreshing without artificial weirdness. I take it before my workouts and I genuinely feel the difference: better endurance, less sluggishness, more “let’s get up and move.”I feel like the serving size is generous and the scoop is convenient. It's delicious, energizing, and effective—truly one of the better L-Carnitine powders out there.

This carnitine powder uses different chemical versions of carnitine that I wonder if it is more effective. Hard to say as this is not always the case. That said, this powder tastes great and can be easily added to your pre workout to help fuel your workouts, or on rest days to help maintain smooth energy levels throughout the day, especially on a weight loss diet.
