I got the Raspberry Lemonade flavored version. I mix one scoop with 16 oz of water/liquid.It is not as sweet as some other brands I have tried and I actually like that.It still has a grassy flavor but not too overpowering. Just enough to feel healthy.

I’ve tried several “Superfood” powder supplements and most don’t taste very good. This one surprised me with a taste that isn’t bad. Colder tastes better. This would be great in smoothies too.I can easily drink this one daily to get my greens and reds.I like that this product is made in the USA. There are so many good ingredients in this product and one scoop is only 15 calories. Give it a try.

I found this "raspberry lemonade" flavored VMI Sports Greens + Reds Advanced Superfood product way too sweet when I tried one scoop in 8 oz of water: it tasted somewhat better to me when I diluted 1/3 scoop in 8 oz water. The taste still has that "artifical sweetner" fake sort of taste, so I would not buy this again. But , if you don't mind that koolaid kind of flavor, this could be a painless way to get some healthy veggie and fruit vitamins and whole-food nutrients, as well as a good blend of probiotics and enzymes to support digestion of a meal. The powder dissolves completely and pretty easily with a few good stirs, and the mix is a bright green color in the glass.I'm not sure where the funny taste is coming from--I looked at the ingredients and they do not list any flavoring ingredients or sweetener, so it may just be the flavor of the various juice powders, since it says no sugars added and there are zero carbs.Each bottle contains 30 scoops, which for me would last several months. I am impressed with all the good vegetable and fruit ingredients, plus the probiotics and enzymes to help digestion. This might be a great product for those who don't mind the taste, or maybe the other flavors are better.I'm giving it 4 stars for the healthy mix of veg and fruit, but would say the raspberry lemonade flavor is just 3 stars for me.

This is a canister of powder for making fruit flavor drinks. It has chlorella, wheat grass, spinach, and other healthy ingredients. Despite the vegetables, it has a nice fruity flavor and was not chalky after being mixed well. Fine powder that dissolves quickly.

I've heard good mentions of the VMI ("Vision Meets Innovation) brand and the company mission and messaging, so I thought I'd try this blend. The motto I like that it not only has greens, but also reds and probiotics. I also like that this powder's sweetened with Stevia and Monk Fruit, not fructose or sucralose.BUT, I looked on their website after reading the labels and the website lists that their products are made in the USA at an FDA and GMP approved/certified facility. However, the ingredient list mentions "organic" ingredients, yet there's no mention of either organic certification or 3rd party testing on the product label or the website.While I believe this is a great product and it probably doesn't matter to others, I prefer to see the aforementioned designations on the products I consume That's the only reason I ranked this product with 4 and not 5 stars.

I realized that my diet didn’t have enough fruit and vegetables, I eat one potion of vegetables a day, best case scenario. I decided to try the Greens and Reds powder and I was impressed with the amount of healthy stuff they put in it. I think this is definitely beneficial for long term health if you do not eat enough fruit and vegetables. The flavor is pretty good too. I don’t even feel the need to mix it with smoothie or anything, it’s pretty good on it’s own. After taking it regularly for a week, I notice less bloating and more regular bowel movements.

This product has a good taste and it definitely looks like a veggie drink as it is a dark green when mixed with water. It does have a bit of a grainy texture--kind of what you might expect in a veggie drink (though not all I have tried have this characteristic). Since it claims to contain 12.5b probiotics, I have stopped taking a separate probiotic supplement. It is difficult to determine exactly how many servings of fruits or veggies this contains, which I find to be a frustrating exclusion on most products of this type.

It is great to have super greens and probiotic together. It tastes great if not adding too much of it. I tried add less water, then it tastes too strong. It tastes much better if you adjust the amount of water. The ingredient contains so many things that are great for health. It is just a bit pricy for such a small jar, that is one star off.

Initially I ordered this and the post office lost it. I was so upset! But the company refunded my money immediately. I went back in and ordered another one and it arrived the following day! This is a stand up company! They contacted me and apologized. I seriously could not be more pleased with their excellent customer service!Now about the powder. The green color is a turn off for me. Always has been, so I knew this time would be the same. But it wasn’t! I really love the raspberry and lemon notes. I’m kind of a lemon freak, and to be completely transparent, I added my Tru Lemon powder to the mix for more zing and tart. Lemon freak! Anyway, it’s good!!!mixes easily

You can't get too much "superfood" in your diet, but these green drinks often taste like grass. This product tastes better than most I have tried. You can definitely still taste the green, but the addition of "reds" in the form of various fruits gives it a most pleasant flavor than other alternatives. Plus you get some enzymes and probiotics too, with no sugar (but also no protein or fiber) and very few calories. If you use the full serving size, you pay more than a dollar per serving, but a little less per serving would probably still work. It is certainly easier to swallow than most similar products.

I have tried several greens mixes and had high hopes for this one, but unfortunately it did not work out for me. I think it's the spirulina flavor... I know it is very good for you, but the taste is just swampy. Out of the bottle, it smells pleasant and fruity. Once it is added to water, it immediately smells like algae. I still gave it a try, but the taste was overwhelming and the spirulina flavor was prominent. Also, I didn't enjoy the stevia flavor. I appreciate that the company uses a natural zero calorie sweetener, but there just seems to be too much sweetness and it is kind of bitter tasting on the back end.Still, this powder has lots of good for you ingredients. If you don't mind the taste of spirulina, I say give this a try. I would, however, suggest diluting a scoop in more than 8 oz of water otherwise the flavor and sweetness is overpowering.

Goes down smoothly. Doesn’t have after affects. I wish the taste of the strawberry kiwi was stronger. Other than that. Phenomenal product. Will buy again.

Been using the Strawberry Kiwi Greens + Reds daily and it mixes super smooth with no bad aftertaste. Love how refreshing it tastes while helping with digestion, gut health, and keeping me feeling good throughout the day.

I would have to say out of taking every other green product. This has to be the best one that has been great on my tummy. Meaning no big bloat or anything that causes it to be unsettled and I definitely felt a great amount of energy! Highly recommend
