My name is Katherine Espinoza. I am a daughter. I am a big sister. I am a therapist for autistic children. And I am a NPC wellness competitor. I began my bodybuilding journey three years ago.
I still remember attending my very first bodybuilding competition and watching all the athletes grace the stage. I was completely star struck that day and I knew I wanted to step on a stage next. Ever since that day I have worked every single day to become the very best version of myself. I currently use my social media platforms to share my workouts, my supplementation and my nutrition. I do all of this in hopes to motivate men and women to reach their goals by helping them in any way that I possibly can.
