This is not vanilla flavor it's a Lucky Charms flavor but unlike Ghost they can't use the brand name. Excellent taste. Not just plain vanilla! Most important it's an isolate with digestive enzymes! Huge plus. Only down side is new formula has 25 grams of protein per serving these on Amazon are still the 22. So you lose 210 grams per container but still a solid product with an unbelievable flavor! And with protein prices going through the roof getting it here for 40 bucks less is worth the lack of 3 grams!

I have been using Protolyte brand for years because it doesn't have a sucrose taste to it. I always buy from VMI sports as I have never had an issue with them. The Vanilla Cake tastes just like vanilla cake. We make shakes in the morning for our on the go breakfast and it keeps us satisfied. If I head to work and grab something else instead I find myself reaching for a snack within 10 minutes after arriving at work. If you're looking for a great tasting protein powder this is the brand for you. I change the flavor every purchase and, so far, have not found one that I don't like.

I’m not a fan of supplements but knew I needed something for post work. After watching tons of reviews I wound up looking into VMI. To be honest my biggest concern was flavor and how much it would help muscle soreness. This product does both things amazingly. The patriot pop flavor is SO good. It mixes well. It is super sweet but I like that so I only mix it in 10oz of water and drink twice a day. I am planing on trying the mango flavor next.
