Chelated D-Aspartic Acid improves water solubility in the body and will sit in the digestive tract as a powder, while absorbing at a much faster rate. How many servings of DAACC should I take?
Mix 1 scoop in 8-10 ounces of water or your favorite sports beverage, and preferably on an empty stomach, either 30 minutes prior to exercise, or 30 minutes prior to bedtime. Avoid consuming more than 1 serving at a time, and no more than 2 servings in any 24-hour period.
