Unlike many people who find themselves in the fitness industry, fitness wasn't always a passion of mine. There was a low point a little over 5 years ago where I was battling depression and found myself being miserable, angry and weighing over 425 pounds. I knew I needed to change and have been doing so since trying to live my best every day.
I currently help other people do the same through social media, coaching and public speaking. Whether it be mental health or physical health obstacles I have overcome both and help people dig themselves out of whatever hole they might find themselves in.
In addition to that I am a self proclaimed hip hop expert, writer, doughnut lover, and pizza aficionado that lives for summers at the beach.
