  • 5 Cinnamon Sugar Instant Oatmeal packets (or 1.5c regular instant oats)

  •  3/4C Almond Flour

  •  1/4C Coconut Flour

  •  1.5tsp Baking Powder

  •  1/4C Vanilla Cake Batter ProtoLyte 100% Whey Isolate

  •  1/4C Almond Milk

  •  2-3tbsp Whipped Peanut Butter

  •  2 whole eggs

  •  1 egg white



  1.  Mix dry ingredients together 

  2.  mix wet ingredients together 

  3.  Add both batches of ingredients in parts, to ensure coconunt flour is fully mixed

  4.  let sit for a few min to absorb (might need more milk) *should become brownie-like consistency*

  5.  Bake at 350F for 45 min 

  6.  Let cool for short period of time

  7.  Cut and enjoy!
