Protein French toast

(If you plan on making this a full on cheat meal I recommend Texas toast)

If you are watching calories but still have a sweet tooth craving I recommend using Base culture Keto loaf or any Keto bread of your choice.

1 jumbo egg

¼ cup of liquid egg whites

Please leave the carton on the side in case you need more liquid.

1 scoop cinnamon crunch Protolyte

A splash of almond milk

Mix all ingredients together, and let it rest. While the mix is resting preheat a pan. Once the mixture has sat for a few minutes take your bread and thoroughly soak it in the mixture. Spray your frying pan with a low call cooking spray, take the presoaked bread and cook the bread till golden and cooked on the inside.
