Hey it’s Emily!
I’ve been an athlete my whole life involved in school sports; lacrosse, dance, track, and soccer. I am also a NPC bikini competitor and have a huge passion for bodybuilding! I’m in college for becoming a future x-ray technician! I was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa/ eating disorder at 15 years old…it hasn’t been easy, there has definitely been some ups and downs but pushing myself in the gym has changed my entire mindset and confidence! i love sharing my journey and inspiring people that change is possible, and to become the best version of yourself! Nothing is more fulfilling than seeing others grow in all aspects of their life! :)
