Chocolate coconut Candy Bar
Wet Ingredients:
1 scoop Protolyte Chocolate fudge cookie
½ cup Plain Greek yogurt (non fat)
½ cup almond milk
Dry ingredients:
1 Cup Rolled oats
1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
1 Tbsp. Crushed almonds
1 Tbsp coconut flakes
In a medium bowl whisk together the Greek yogurt and Protolyte . Make sure everything is combined, well, and there are no lumps. Next add in the almond milk. Once all wet ingredients are combined, stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds (reserve crushed almonds and coconut)
Divide into two portions and top with crushed almonds and coconut!
