Chocolate chip Cookie skillet

 

½ Cup Almond flour

2 scoops Protolyte

¼ Cup Sugar substitute

1/3 Cup Light Butter

¼ Cup unsweetened apple sauce

¼ Cup Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp chocolate chips

¼ Tsp Clear Vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350F, and spray a mini cast iron skillet/ or an oven safe pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine all dry ingredients, and then in a separate bowl combine all wet ingredients.  Mix everything until a cookie dough forms. 

Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the center is slightly under done. The skillet will be verry hot and continue to cook the cookie once out of the oven.
