What is Carnitine?
Carnitine is a substance naturally produced by the body that’s found in all cells. It can improve the body’s ability to metabolize fat for energy, thus transforming you into a true, blue fat-burning machine. L-Carnitine 1500 HEAT uses three highly bioavailable forms of L-Carnitine (L-Carnitine, Acetyl L-Carnitine & L-Carnitine L-Tartrate), for maximum effectiveness to help promote weight loss.
How much L-Carnitine should I take?
Consume 1 serving (1 tablespoon), preferably on an empty stomach, prior to a meal or prior to exercise.
Do not consume more than one serving at a time, and no more than two servings within a 24-hour period.
How many scoops of pre-workout supplement do I take?
On training days, consume 1 scoop of the supplement 15-30 minutes pre-workout. If you are sensitive to caffeine, assess tolerance with ½ scoop for your initial serving.
Should I take more than 1 scoop of K-XR®?
NO! We do not recommend to ever consume more than 1 scoop at a time.
How many scoops of ProtoLyte® do I take?
Consume 1-2 scoops, either post workout, or in place of any meal during the day. You may also consume 1-2 scoops prior to bedtime as a delicious, guilt free snack.
Can ProtoLyte® be used as a suitable weight management shake?
