How many scoops of ProtoLyte® do I take?
Consume 1-2 scoops, either post workout, or in place of any meal during the day. You may also consume 1-2 scoops prior to bedtime as a delicious, guilt free snack.

Mix 1 scoop of Fiber + Probiotics in 10-12 ounces of water (or beverage of choice) and consume prior to a meal. Do not exceed more than 1 serving at a time, and do not consume more than 2 servings in any 24-hour period.
Can I take more than 1 serving per day?
