How many scoops of PUMP-XR™ do I take?
On training days, mix 1 full scoop into your pre-workout beverage or into 8-10 ounces of water approximately 15-20 minutes prior to physical activity / weight training.
Should I take more than 1 scoop?
No! We do not recommend that you ever consume more than 1 scoop at a time or in any 24-hour period.
