MACROS*:  Makes 12 Cookies | 6g Protein | 10g Carbs | 1g Fat
*Macros are based on using VMI Sports® ProtoLyte® protein & Collagen protein.

  • 1 scoop ProtoLyte® protein

  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides protein

  • 40g instant oatmeal

  • ¾ cups quick cooking rolled oats

  • 48g old fashioned oats

  • 150g 0% nonfat greek yogurt

  • 230g raw zucchini (grated & squeezed)

  • 55g egg whites – carton

  • 1 tsp liquid stevia

  • ½ tsp baking powder 


  1. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients together.

  2. Using a cheese grater, grate the zucchini.

  3. Place squash in a paper towel and squeeze to remove excess water.

  4. Blend together zucchini, yogurt and egg whites in a blender until completely smooth.

  5. Add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir.

  6. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, then turn down to 325°F for another 10 minutes.

  7. Let cool and enjoy!    


✧ Optional 

  • In place of zucchini, you can use applesauce, banana, butternut squash puree or pumpkin.

  • In place of oats, you can use flour.
