Coconut Protein Waffles


Ingredients:

1 tbsp. coconut flour

1 egg white
-
1/2-1 tsp baking powder
-
1 fully loaded scoop of VMI Sports Vanilla Cake Batter ProtoLyte® protein

Dash of milk of your choice

optional add ins: VMI Sports® Emulsified MCT Oil & some shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 tbsp. almond or peanut butter of your choosing
Directions:

Turn stove onto medium heat and Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl while pre-heating
- Use 1/2 cup of mix and put into pan and begin cooking
- Cook until consistency is appropriate and enjoy!
