Coconut Protein Waffles

  • 1 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2-1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 fully loaded scoop of VMI Sports Vanilla Cake Batter ProtoLyte® protein
  • Dash of milk of your choice
  • optional add ins: VMI Sports® Emulsified MCT Oil & some shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tbsp. almond or peanut butter of your choosing 
  •  Turn stove onto medium heat and Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl while pre-heating
  •  Use 1/2 cup of mix and put into pan and begin cooking
  •  Cook until consistency is appropriate and enjoy!
