CHOCOLATE FUDGE CHEESECAKE BROWNIES

MAKING THE CHEESECAKE: 

  •  8oz Cream Cheese

  •  1/2C Stevia

  •  1 Egg

  •  1tsp Vanilla Extract

 


  1. Preheat oven to 350° & lightly spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Combine 1C of dark chocolate chips and 2tsp coconut oil together.

  3. Once melted, stir in both stevia & vanilla extract.

  4. Whisk in cocoa powder, salt, cornstarch, eggs & VMI Sports® ProtoLyte 100% Whey Isolate Chocolate Fudge Cookie.

  5. Pour out 2/3 of the batter into the pan & set the rest aside.

  6. For the cheesecake - mix all ingredients together needed to create this and mix together until smooth. Set aside until brownie layer is done. **PRO-TIP** Use "whipped cream cheese" over regular.

  7. Layer the cheesecake base over the brownie layer, then drizzle remaining 1/3 of brownie mixture over the top to create a marble effect using a butter knife.

  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are a nice golden brown & center is thoroughly cooked.

  9. Enjoy!
