Chocolate Chia Gut Smoothie


  • 1 scoop VMI Sports® All-Natural Fiber+ Probiotics Chocolate Dream 

  • 1 scoop VMI Sports® Collagen Peptides Chocolate Milkshake

  • 1/2 chopped frozen yellow squash

  • handful of spinach

  • McCormmick Cinnamon, nutmeg & chia seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder

  •  handful of ice


  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender 

  2. Continue to blend ingredients until consistency of your liking

Add Ins (optional):

  •  add oats for extra fiber + carbohydrates 

  •  Extra chia seeds or hemp seeds for Omega 3s

  •  Cacoa Nibs for MORE chocolate flavoring 

  •  Greek Yogurt for additional probiotics

  •  Frozen Pineapple to help reduce inflammation
