Macros (w/o chocolate topping): 30g Protein, 361 Calories, 9g Fat, 40 Carbs

Need: Single serving springform or cake pan

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 egg

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Mix ingredients and pour into sprayed single serving cake pan.

  • Bake 20-25 minutes.

  • Top with whatever you like (Chocolate Peanut Butter Jif Whips pictured).
