PROTOLYTE PROTEIN DONUTS by NPC Bikini Competitor Tanya Voshell
1/3 cup coconut four
1/3 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 scoops ProtoLyte 100% Whey Isolate
2 whole eggs
1 ripe banana
3/4 cup almond milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
Mix dry ingredients first, then add in wet ingredients. Pam spray donut maker and fill plates with batter and cook for 4 minutes.
Tanya used sugar free strawberry jam, melted dark chocolate chips, peanut butter, whey isolate vanilla icing, and macha powder mixed with vita fiber.
